The service life of DC heat dissipation fan is not only a reflection of its performance, but also a better use of it. To protect and prolong its service life, it is necessary to apply some correct methods to store and maintain the heat dissipation fan. The following is the introduction of the storage and maintenance method of the cooling fan by Innocent technician.

1. If abnormal sound, serious motor heating, charged housing, switch tripping and failure to start are found in the operation of DC heat dissipation fan, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed in the operation of the fan. After the overhaul, commissioning should be carried out for about 5 to 10 minutes, confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting operation.

2. Only when the fan is completely normal can it be operated. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and voltage stability. It is strictly forbidden to operate beyond or below the product voltage range, or in a phase-gap mode. The power supply lines must be dedicated lines, and temporary lines should not be used for a long time.

3, the working environment of DC cooling fans should be kept smooth, dry and clean. The surface of the fan should be kept clean. There should be no impurities in the inlet and outlet. Dust and other impurities in the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.

4. Replenish or replace lubricating grease periodically according to the working conditions (no need to replace lubricating grease during the service life of motor enclosed bearing). In order to ensure good lubrication of DC cooling fan in operation, the number of refueling is not less than 1000 hours per time for enclosed bearings and motor bearings, and Zl-3 lithium-based lubrication is used for refueling. Grease filled inner and outer rings of 1/3, no oil running is strictly prohibited.

5, DC cooling fans should be stored in a dry environment to prevent motors or motors from dampness. When DC cooling fans are stored in the open air, there should be some defensive measures. In the process of storage and handling, it is necessary to prevent bumping or strong impact of external forces, so as to avoid damage to the fan.
