For the performance of heat dissipation fans, the number of blades and the width of blades, the inclination angle, the clearance between blades and the smoothness of blades will affect the performance of heat dissipation fans. These factors are different for different types and models of fans, so when choosing heat dissipation fans, choose a suitable blade. The type of the fan is also very important. Then we will talk about the influence of the fan blade on the performance for you by the professional fan manufacturer technicians of our company DeNuoSen.

Characteristics of the blades of the radiator fan:

First. Blade curvature: Within a certain range, the greater the blade curvature, the greater the kinetic energy of the gas at the same speed, that is, the greater the wind volume and pressure; at the same time, the greater the resistance of the blade, the greater the torque of the motor.

Second. Motor diameter: Because of the existence of motor and bearing, the central part of the spindle of the axial fan is unavoidable to have no blind area through which air flow passes. The diameter of the spindle determines the size of the blind area. The diameter of the spindle mainly depends on the power of the fan motor - the high-power motor needs a larger stator winding coil, which inevitably occupies more space, so it has to expand horizontally (increase the area) when it can not expand longitudinally (increase the height).

Third. Blade Radius: In addition to having a certain curvature on the section, the blade does not extend straight along the radial direction in the overlooking plane, but bends slightly towards the direction of rotation, showing a certain radian. If the blades extend straight along the radial direction, the airflow driven by the rotation of the cooling fan will be scattered on the side of the outlet, the distance between the air supply is short, and the "force" is not concentrated. If the current product version is slightly radian, it can ensure that the airflow is concentrated in the cylindrical space in front of the outlet, increasing the distance between the air supply and the air pressure.

Fourth. Blade spacing: too small distance between blades will lead to air disturbance, increase friction on blade surface and reduce fan efficiency; too large distance between blades will lead to increased pressure loss and insufficient wind pressure.
